For so long, I knew I needed to take better care of myself but between work, buying and moving into a new house, and big transitions in life, I felt like I got lost along the way. I had little routine, spent far too much time in front of screen, felt bogged down and like I lacked direction and clarity in all areas of life.
I'd see all these changes that needed to be made, but I just didn't know where to start...
...it just felt like this giant mountain I wasn't ready to climb.
So, I put it off. And it kept building and building until I completely burned out and the pure exhaustion and overwhelm FORCED me to pause everything and start changing my habits, choices, and routines.
