Can you believe it was only two months ago that we were ringing in the New Year, 2018 turned into 2019, and it was time to tackle all of those New Year’s goals?
It feels equally like 10 years have passed, and no time at all.
How are those goals you scribbled down into your journal going? Was one of them to get into shape? Work out more? Eat healthier?
Whether you are smashin those fitness resolutions or maybe more slackin on them – no judgements here, sister, but I do have an episode for you to put that pep back in your step.
To get us all back on track, I pulled in the best of the best. She’s an author, former U.S. Marine (yep!), and the expert trainer behind Carrie Underwood’s legendary legs: Erin Oprea. She’s here to whip our butts into shape and teach us a thing or two about drive, perseverance, and effective work outs.
Erin Oprea is one tough cookie, let me tell ya. Not only does she now train some of the fittest names in country music, but this woman also made history when she was appointed to lead the first female platoon attached to the infantry in a war zone. WHAT. What can this woman not do?!
Ladies, you’ll leave this episode equally equipped and motivated from Erin’s story and knowledge. Listen in for:
- Effective work out tips,
- The beet juice that Erin drinks to get ready for the day,
- The strategy she put in place to completely shift her career, and
- The gratitude mindset Erin accepts each time she gets to move her body.
And we are here to remind all of you:
You are more than the number on the scale.
Whether it’s our fitness journey, business endeavor, or career goals: there will be ups, down, failures, and successes –it’s those lows you’ll need to push through to experience those successes.
And the best part?
YOU get to define what success looks like for you. No matter the number on the scale, no matter the opinion of others, no matter what society tells you.
Sister, you are worthy and capable of breaking any limitations placed on you by yourself or others. Wake up, drink your new beet juice recipe, and get your mindset ready for the day.
P.S. Check out my Instagram stories for Erin’s beet juice recipe!!
