“How do you start prioritizing your health again after falling off the bandwagon?”

Maybe you experienced a big event in your life, like a traumatic birth, the loss of a loved one, or a financial crisis, and you went into survival mode. Suddenly, cooking healthy meals, working out, or choosing cleaner products just isn’t a priority (I’ve been there, friend).

Or maybe your life has gotten so chaotic that you haven’t found the time to pursue your health goals because you’re honestly just trying to stay afloat (believe me, I’ve been there too).

Whatever it is for you, there are often seasons where we aren’t able to pursue our health goals as we had hoped. So how do you start making your health a priority again?
