LISTEN ON YOUR FAVE PLATFORM: APPLE | SPOTIFY | STITCHER
Have you ever scrolled through Instagram only to see a bunch of ladies who are killing it in their business, ministry, or home life?
Maybe you’ve been wanting to start a business or side hustle, but feel like your work can’t compete with all those IG accounts you’re looking at.
Or maybe it just seems like everyone has it all together except for you (hint: they don’t).
The truth is that comparing ourselves to others can negatively affect how we show up for work and for each other.
So in this episode of the SHE podcast, I chat with author and speaker Nona Jones about how to kill comparison so we can start showing up for what we were meant to do.
Meet Nona Jones
Nona Jones is an author, speaker, pastor, and entrepreneur who has had numerous executive leadership roles in a variety of settings, including the world’s largest social media company.
Through it all, she has realized comparing ourselves to others is toxic to living out the calling God has for us – whether in the business world, in ministry, or at home.
Her newest book, Killing Comparison, gives a Biblical perspective on comparison and how to stop comparing and start embracing our true God-given identities.
Nona has so much great wisdom to share and I can’t wait for you to hear it in this episode!
