LISTEN ON YOUR FAVE PLATFORM: APPLE | SPOTIFY | STITCHER
Have you ever noticed how there are countless podcasts, books, and social media accounts dedicated to strengthening your marriage, becoming a better parent, and even dealing with your coworkers, but very few resources on how to foster adult friendships?
Even as adults, friendships are not always easy, and they can sometimes be tricky to navigate. But they are essential, life-giving relationships that we should be intentional to nurture.
In this episode of the SHE podcast, I spoke with author and podcast host Laura Tremaine about what adult friendships can look like and how to cultivate them.
Meet Laura Tremaine
Before Laura started writing and hosting podcasts, she worked in film and television production for places like MTV, VH1, Fox, and Paramount Pictures.
She then started blogging about her life in 2010, writing about friendship, anxiety, motherhood, and marriage.
Her new book, The Life Council: 10 Friends Every Woman Needs, will inspire and equip you to be a better friend, make new friends, and appreciate how different types of friendships can all bring something special to your life!
