LISTEN ON YOUR FAVE PLATFORM: APPLE | SPOTIFY | STITCHER
Have you ever found yourself living for the weekends, trying to trudge through your days and just get by?
Maybe you’re going through a really painful season that has you numbing your emotions. Or maybe you keep saying you’re fine, but if you’re being honest, your life feels tiresome and unexciting.
You want to live a full and intentional life, but you have no idea where to start.
In this episode of the SHE podcast, I’m chatting with entrepreneur, podcast host, and author Mallory Ervin to talk about how to live fully without holding back and find true joy even through dark seasons.
Living Fully
Mallory Ervin is a Kentucky-grown, Nashville-living dreamer who runs a global lifestyle brand and hosts the Living Fully podcast where she encourages and inspires listeners to seek joy and live fully.
A former contestant of both The Amazing Race and Miss America, Mallory spent much of her formative years perfecting being in the spotlight. It all came crashing down around her after years of her attempts to cope with the pressure, using both prescription drugs and alcohol, landing in rehab for several months in her early twenties.
In her new book, Living Fully, Mallory shares her personal story of overcoming the unhealthy and damaging patterns in her life and shows readers how to trade this for something completely new and more rewarding. What she discovered was there had always been a different life available to her, one that she had not yet seen.
Now she encourages readers to resist a “just fine” existence and to step into a life they never dared to imagine before.
