Everyone talks about the importance of work-life balance, but is it even achievable?

Maybe you’re in a hectic season at work right now and feel guilty about it, so to balance your work time and your family time, you try to do more activities with your kids.

But at the end of the day, you’ve added even more to your calendar and it doesn’t take long before you feel completely burnt out.

So instead of adding more to your plate, what if there was a better way to navigate work and life?

And what if there was a way that you could even find some time to do things that you enjoy (that aren’t related to work, productivity, or your family members)?

In this episode of the SHE podcast, I spoke with business strategist and author Tina Wells about how you can find work-life harmony.

Meet Tina Wells

If you don’t know her, you should! Tina Wells is a business strategist, advisor, author, and founder of RLVNT Media, a multimedia content venture that brings culture-shifting storytelling and beloved products to market through innovative partnerships.

Her new book, Elevation Approach, shows readers a framework for finding work-life harmony that Tina developed while confronting her own professional and personal burnout.

Trust me, she’s got so many great tips to share!
