Do you feel exhausted, no matter how much sleep you get? Are you living on espressos or stress hormones to get you through the day?

Maybe you feel like your mood is off or you’re experiencing some major brain fog.

If you’re feeling tired and fried, your adrenals may be working overtime, something that can lead to adrenal fatigue.

But when you look up adrenal fatigue, you may find that there are a lot of different opinions about it. Some say it isn’t really a diagnosis, while others assert that it’s something that a lot of women need to address.

So what’s the truth? And how can you’d stop living in a chronically stressed state?

Well, I’m going to help you navigate those questions in this week’s episode of the SHE podcast.

As I’ve shared my own experience with this, I’ve gotten a lot of questions from people wanting to know more about it. So I created this episode to be the guide you need to navigate this topic.

Disclaimer: This is not medical advice, and if you are experiencing any symptoms, I always suggest that you see your medical practitioner. This is, however, the advice I might give a friend if she asked me about this.

In the episode, I include what different practitioners say about adrenal fatigue, and I’m sharing some simple lifestyle changes that may help support your body overall.
