Navigating pregnancy after loss is hard. Feelings of fear, uncertainty, anxiety, and even grief are often overwhelming.
Some days you may feel some hope and the next day you may feel scared out of your mind. It seems that each week brings both relief and more fear.

In this episode of the SHE podcast, I am sharing my experience navigating pregnancy after loss and the things that helped me the most.
(If you don’t know our story, you can hear more about our pregnancy losses here and here, and our adoption story here).
