As a mother of four, she soon found herself exhausted, depressed, and overwhelmed until one day she realized that she was so busy constantly picking up after her kids, cleaning her house, and keeping up with her crazy schedule that she was just maintaining her life, instead of actually living it.
So she went on a journey to purge her house of excess clutter – and then she did the same with her schedule and to-list. She simplified everything, learned how to set boundaries, and made space for what really mattered.
