Staying motivated is hard. I mean, think about it. There are A LOT of things to stay motivated to. Working out. Studying for exams. A promotion at work. A relationship milestone. Learning an instrument. The list goes on. So with all these things swirling, it can be a tall order to remain focused to ensure our actions align with our priorities.
